Juxtapose Consulting will work with you to create a success rubric, then arrange to access the processes, procedures or gateways to your organization - whether at the front desk of a hotel or in a senior/C-suite hiring process - and deliver a report with recommendations. Internally we refer to this as Secret Shopping for Equity, and we find it’s the best way to understand what challenges or internal inconsistencies front-line workers may still struggle to manage and support them with practical resources they can easily integrate.

It’s always appealing to jump in and start applying fixes immediately, but some organizations really benefit from stopping first to understand where their locations, departments, or customers/clients are now for a more targeted grasp on what’s needed to improve the equity profile of each. Juxtapose Consulting uses a mixed-methods, strength-based approach with a high percentage of qualitative engagement to understand the stories of people who do the primary work of the organization so we can best add to them.
